£9 per session - either pay at the class or, if preferred, online booking is available via

Gentle Yoga for all abilities, beginners welcome and encouraged.

DANCES

Admission £6 (£7 from 5th May 2024) - you can pay at the door - everyone is welcome.

Live music for most events with a variety of dances such as:

Britannia Two Step, Chicago Swing, Flirtation Two Step, Gay Gordon's Two Step, Killarney Waltz, Lomond Waltz, Mississippi Dip, Palais Glide, Old time Waltz, Postie's Jig, Quickstep, Ruby Waltz, Saunter Together, Lomond Waltz, Shiftin' Bobbins, Silver Wedding Waltz, Southern Rose Waltz, Square Tango, St Bernard's Waltz etc.

The bands also accept requests as the dances are friendly and informal.
