Hutton Village Hall comprises the main hall, meeting room and kitchen available for rental. It offers disabled access and modern toilet facilities and free WiFi. Car parking is available on and off road.

Capacity


The main hall has a seating capacity of 100 persons. The maximum capacity is 120 persons standing. 
​

Tables and Chairs


There are twenty large tables (seating 8 persons) available for use.
There are 120 chairs.

​

Hutton Village Hall is fully insured for private hire, but not for commercial events.

Dimensions: 13.2m x 8.1m (43' x 26'6")

The main hall has sprung wood floor and a separate raised stage area.


A public address/music system can be made available for hire with the ability to play digital music

(mp3 player, mobile phone, CDs etc).


The separate, raised small stage area, set outwith the hall measurements above, is 3.7m x 2.6m (12'2" x 8'6").

The stage area can be curtained off and has separate access from both sides.

Installed in 2020, the main hall has a projector and drop down screen also available for hire.

Situated between the main hall and the kitchen entrance, the meeting room is available for hire

separately from the main hall if required.

 

The meeting room can accommodate approximately 20 persons.

The fully equipped kitchen is available for use at additional cost.


There is a large commercial cooker, commercial dishwasher and fridge.
Crockery and cutlery, microwave oven, urns and electric kettle are also available for use.

Glasses can also be supplied, on request.

Hire Charges

We offer competitive booking rates and rooms can be booked individually to suit your needs.

Free WiFi internet access available.


Please feel free to ask for a quote for your hire.

Main Hall (excluding kitchen facilities)


£6 per hour hire for local users.
£7 per hour hire for users outwith the community.

​

Meeting room (excluding kitchen facilities)


£3 per hour hire for local users.
£4 per hour hire for users outwith the community.

​

Kitchen 

 

There is a £10 per day additional hire charge for use of kitchen facilities,

including dishwasher and cooker.
£5 per day's hire additional charge for use of kitchen facilities excluding the cooker.

​

Please be aware that a deposit may be required on booking.

​
